  • WE ARE EVENTS #RedAlertRESTART Rally on Tuesday, September 1st at Allstate Arena!
    Updated On: Aug 31, 2020

WE ARE EVENTS #RedAlertRESTART Tuesday September 1st!

Please come out to the Allstate Arena on Tuesday, September 1st at 9pm as we participate in the We Make Events #RedAlertRESTART. Government Officials, Labor Leaders, and News Outlets will be joining IATSE Local 2 to show their support for the events industry and help bring awareness to the devastation COVID-19 has caused us and our families.

This event is being held at venues all across the nation. Since February, thousands of events have been canceled, 77% of the people in our industry have lost 100% of their income and 96% of companies have cut staff. We were the first to be out of work and will be the last to return. The message is clear, get the RESTART Act pushed through Congress, restart our businesses, and extend unemployment help for our displaced workers with www.ExtendPUA.org.

We are going to make our voices heard! Please feel free to share with your families and friends. Details are below:
    When: Tuesday, September 1, 2020
    Where: Allstate Arena Parking Lot
    Time: 9pm-12am

*Everyone is required to wear a make and social distance.
